I brought in my double bass for repairs, and I couldn't be any happier. Everyone was very courteous. They worked with me to stay inside my budget. Then went above and beyond. It sounds and plays better than it ever has. What's most impressive is the attention to detail on top of the already great craftsmanship.
I’ve been playing cello for 7 months and desperately needed new strings but didn’t know how to put them on, the guys in the shop were absolutely incredible! They chatted with me about the different types of strings and put on the new set.

Amazing staff (Stephen came highly recommended and lived up to the billing) that led my daughter every step of the way towards her new cello. We let them know we were coming in advance and they had an array of options that she was able to play before making a decision.
