This is one of the best stores to which I have been! The store itself is clean and well organized. The staff is top tier on knowledge and friendliness. The repair shop is the best! I brought in my old flute for a pad replacement. Not only was the service fast, it went above and beyond what I expected for the price!
Always a positive experience at Stanroy's. Everybody that works there is so helpful and dedicated to the music community. I strongly recommend going to the store for advice in repairs, purchases and special orders. As a educator of the arts , I have been connected with Stanroy's for many, many years.
Steve repaired my guitar in about 15 minutes! Incredible service, and didn’t even charge for it. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be taking all my guitars to them in the future, and recommending to all family and friends. Thank you guys.
Bought my Gibson country Western in the 60's and later.a Sheryle Crow edition.. still have them and Gretch electric committee..all at yor shop...with amp and speakers..LOL Im pushing 80 and grew up in Santa Rosa..LOL You were the go to place!
