Great and friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We moved and live 2 1/2 hours away, I brought my sons trumpet in to get services since my son dropped it and put many dents in it. The gentleman took our trumpet and worked on the dents and not even 15 minutes later over 98% of them were gone.
Very friendly and quick with instrument repairs. Would recommend and will be returning for future needs!
I called for specific sheet music. They don’t really do much sheet music, but Mr Stoner researched and found what I needed on Amazon and another source anyway. He printed everything out for me, and when I stopped in we had a great chat about jazz, playing music, and a couple of bands we both knew.
We recently had my son’s trombone in for a cleaning and repair. They are highly knowledgeable about instruments, have reasonable pricing, and great communication. I love having this local music store in the heart of Uptown Ankeny.
