I was a bit bummed (and kinda worried) when Pete over at Bend Instrument Repair retired because specialty services like guitar repairs in a small community like Central Oregon seem limited. But oh how my attitude changed when I found Ian at Stone's Guitar Repair!
I brought my very special Paul Languedoc guitar to Iian for some much needed TLC. I've only changed the strings and oiled the fretboard since I've owned it. He took a look at it, told me the things he recommended and I said let's do it!
I went to Stone Guitars on a whim based upon his ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews. Well these review’s weren’t wrong. Ian was so personal and friendly when I entered his work place. I had brought in three guitars for new strings and a good once over.
I’ve been sitting on some needed guitar work for years, afraid to take my 1962 Gibson J50 to the wrong tech. When I finally broke down, I was amazed to find Iain right here in Bend, OR. He re-fretted, built a new bone nut, fixed my bridge and adjusted the saddle, and a lots of other TLC.
