Took in a trumpet that I've had for 16 years and needed a lot of work from damage that had accumulated over the years including a bent/crimped bell caused by trying to pull out a stuck tuning slide. Strait Music did an extraordinary job of restoring my Trumpet and fixing all 5 issues with it.
Used their service for getting the Trombone repaired. The water key was dislodged. As we visited them around closing time, we had to leave the Trombone with them overnight for inspection the next day. The technician was able to fix it the next day by replacing the cork. Charged $10.67 for it.
Been a customer for 30+ years. Love every instrument I've ever bought from these guys. Super welcoming and helpful friendly staff. Fair prices. That's my latest purchase a Black 2021 Tele.
