Just dropped off my fourth guitar/bass at S.I.S. for a setup and fretwork. Jerry’s knowledge and expertise when it comes to guitars is unparalleled. And he’s the nicest guy. I had a bass setup twice before I found S.I.S. that never felt quite right.
I took two of my guitars to Jerry, and he explained in detail the scope of the work on both instruments and gave me a different perspective on what to consider when I’m considering modifying and upgrading my instruments( Pick Ups/ Tremolo's, etc.) .
Jerry and his team have worked on 3 of my guitars so far, 2 classical and one steel string acoustic. I've yet to encounter another business with such amazing quality of work, customer service, kindness, and value.
