Went in to repair my son's trumpet...and we didn't feel like the cost was worth it since we had just purchased a cheapy off brand to get him started. We went over to the rental counter and were given great purchase, rental and rent-to-own options.
They have the best employees out on the sale floor, we have been renting to own and instrument and we have been highly satisfied their service, knowledgeable staff, and we will keep doing business with them. And we highly recommend Summerhays Music in Layton.
Cannot remember names, but two older gentlemen helped me and answered some key questions about the alto sax and tips on the Viola. Just starting the process of alto sax, but I have played Viola forever. Because I was the unloved child, I have been playing with the bow that came with my student instrument.
I have a beginning guitarist in my home. He popped a string and I was dreading running all the way to Guitar City. Drove past Summerhayes and thought I’d give it a try for a replacement. So glad I did. Brielle was amazing! So helpful in explaining the strings and how tonics.
