I recently started taking guitar lessons and came in to upgrade from a kid's guitar I bought on Craigslist to a nicer, adult-sized guitar. I felt intimidated when I walked in, but was soon made to feel at ease.
This one is pretty straight forward. Customer service was amazing. I went in for my first guitar ever so I can learn to play. Told him a price point and was shown a few options above and below my point. Ended up buying a gently used Jackson and I love it!!!
Took this little ukulele in that I got on fb marketplace missing like half the strings and a bunch of parts half broken. Kirk was an absolute GENTLEMAN and fixed the whole thing with all these cute little tools and tiny screws and it was such a fun experience!
The people here are so nice and were happy to help demo a few guitars I was looking at while i was in the store. It was a great experience and I absolutely love the guitar and amp I got from them!!
