My daughter experienced an issue with reinserting the 3rd valve on her Yamaha trumpet. Mr. Heim and I had made the arrangement for an appointment, I turned over the instrument to him. Less than an hour later, the trumpet repair (3rd valve casing) was repaired. My daughter was very pleased with the repair.
