T. Shepard's is the only place I will trust to set up a guitar or bass. Tom is always friendly and knowledgable. He meticulously takes his time to make certain you are getting the best possible instrument back from his shop.
I’ve been patronizing T Shepard for almost 10 years. I’ve purchased new and used, custom-built or ‘standard’ guitars, amps and guitars and cases and accessories. Tom does ALL the work on my guitars and has always been the best.
Tommy is the best guitar repair person/luthier I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. When I get a new guitar my first stop is his shop for a proper setup. He remembered my setup preferences after the first time I took a guitar to him.
