My experience has been nothing but super top-notch from the very beginning. My dad bought my first trumpet used from Taylor Music back in the late 70's. I still have that horn and am now using it to help one of my sons get started. The Bach trumpet I used in college at SDSU in the 80's came from Taylor.
The staff was very friendly and they truly care! I traveled from northern Wisconsin to get here and it was totally worth it. They are willing to make deals on instruments when working with schools. They understand the ultimate goal of making it possible for every student to play an instrument.
Very friendly people working there. I loved that we got a tour of the facilities while someone else was calculating the trade in value of the instruments I brought with me. The pricing on the used instruments was fair and competitive to some other companies.
I have been working with Taylor Music for my family's musical needs for about 10 years now. Great selection and staff! They assisted us with knowing what instruments for our budget and their payment program is beyond what I ever expected.
