I’ve had my necklace repaired here a few times, and TB Goods has always been great to work with. On one occasion, the necklace popped again and I thought it was in the same spot as before, but it turned out it wasn’t.
Always a great experience visiting and shopping here. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist with enthusiasm and knowledge. Have had a few awesome experiences with Gisell “Gigi” look forward to always having her help me find the perfect gift for all my friends and family special occasions.
I stopped in hoping to be able to get my ring rounded back out after accidentally denting it - I was greeted as I walked in and what I asked if they were able to repair/reshape my ring, Chris took it, went to the back, rounded it back out and cleaned it for me without any issues at all.
I want to thank the staff for helping me with my purchase. I first communicated with the two owners and then met the amazing weekend staff. They allowed me to try the item to make certain it worked and then assisted in loading it into our vehicle for safe travel. Thank you again for helping me with this purchase.

Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
