Spencer was terrific! He definitely knows his trade and his pianos. He explained multiple things about our piano in particular as he was tuning it. Grateful to have our piano back in tune and we'll see hopefully see him in a year to get it re-tuned next time.
Spencer is amazing! Would definitely recommend. He also told me about my piano, which was fun, apparently it is 102 years old! I had another tuner tell me I would need to pay extra just to have my old piano “assessed” to see if it was tune-able and that it may just be too old to tune, but Spencer didn’t charge me…
Spencer was awesome! He went above and beyond. Along with tuning my piano, he fixed a stuck key (he wouldn’t give up on it until he got to working) and also detailed the whole piano. It’s 90+ years old so it needed some TLC which he totally gave it. He’s a dream. Will be using him every year going forward.
From start to finish Spencer was awesome to work with. He responded quickly to my first text and within a couple of days my appointment was scheduled for less than a week out. I have an upright baby grand piano. It hasn't been tuned for several years and had several keys that were sticking when played.
