I had been looking for a certain bass for awhile, and could never find one locally. Took a gamble, and bought one from The Bass Shop (which is 2400+ miles from me) and couldn't be happier. They said the bass was in excellent condition, and I must say, you could convince me it was a brand new bass off the wall.
Great shop that is well organized with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I'm a novice bass player and Jeff answered all my Amp questions with great down to earth advice. I'm going to purchase my next practice rig from them and I live in California.
Just bought a bass from The Bass Shop, and the service was top notch all the way. First off, Chad responded very quickly to my emails, and I had several. I purchased the bass online at ~7:00pm local time, and it shipped the next day. It arrived very well packed and exactly as described.
Chad and Jeff were a huge help in the purchase of a custom bass. They communicated with me through the entire process with no issue. Although I’m happy with the instrument, I’m thrilled with the level of customer service they provided. You cannot put a price on the knowledge and support this store offers.
