Hi everyone, I'm Daniel at Mercy Guitar. I just wanna thank you for making my job such an enjoyable one! Not only do I get to work on thousands of sweet guitars, but I also have a great bunch of customers such as you guys!
Dropped my guitar while playing and it landed on the cable plugged into the jack which bent both the cable and the receptacle inside the guitar. Figuring I'd have to drop it off for a couple of days, made due for worship service at church to take it in Monday.
Brought in my father's viola and mom's violin to be reconditioned and brought back to life...these instruments are 90+ years old and Doug did a wonderful job! In addition, I just purchased a new classical guitar and had Daniel adjust the string height for improved playability...again, a wonderful job!
My guitar spent over 40 years just a couple of miles from the ocean. When I moved here the dry air changed everything. It developed a buzz on frets 9 10 11 and 12. It has taken quite a beating over the years and is not much to look at but it played well and there was all that sentimental attachment.
