Claiming that Guitar Factory is the best of Western NY's music stores would be a severe understatement. Not only are they the crown-jewel of local music establishments, they also have a talented staff, top-tier instruments, and best selection of equipment on hand to fulfill every musician's needs.
I have been buying and selling guitars and instruments online for quite some time. I was looking for a hi end keyboard. And the guitar factory had just what I was looking for. Matt made me an incredible deal. He did exactly what he said he was going to do shipped it within an hours of us making the deal.
I just left Guitar Factory to pick up an acoustic guitar for my grandson's birthday. I had no expectations since I have no musical talents. I kept an open mind especially so i wouldn't be sticker shocked. Don Gould was so kind & helpful. He gave me a fantastic deal! I am so thankful.
This place is awesome, my son plays guitar and is now learning the art of building and restoration of guitars, and of course dad is joining in, I mean who doesn't like building stuff.
