This is, by far, my favorite shop (of any kind) in the entire state of Florida. Jonny is the coolest person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and because of him, I will be coming back every single chance I get. There are not enough words to describe my amazing experience here.
Been coming here for a while but I started work on my own custom guitar and Johnny from here helped me every step of the way, from advice to creating and perfecting the final product. Johnny is the most patient, gentle, and sweet person that you could ever hope to meet. I brought my niece to look at a Jaguar guitar that she was interested in. He was so patient with her. We ended up buying her a rare colored tortoise jaguar guitar similar to one that Kurt Cobain had. Thanks Johnny! You’re the best!
This place is truly unique among the guitar shops in North Miami. Whereas big brand stores like Sam Ash and Guitar Center offer offer generic advice and recommendations, Jon at the Guitar Nook is a breath of fresh air in this space.
