I frequent this place for odds and ends but never purchased an instrument from them until yesterday. I bought a used Martin guitar and first off I want to say how open and helpful all the associates were.
These guys are top notch. Everyone here is super nice and friendly to deal with. Purchased some strings and asked a lot of questions, felt educated on what I was buying and man does my guitar sound great! Thanks to the knowledge provided at the music loft.

After purchasing about 50 guitars online I thought I experienced the ultimate in customer service until I purchased a new Taylor from Music Loft in Wilmington NC. I made an offer on the guitar late at night on a Sunday (probably shouldn’t share that part), expecting to hear back Monday morning.
