The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The gentleman that helped my daughter was young and was very patient with her. He spoke to her directly about the care of her violin, techniques to handle it, tips for better acoustics, and her posture in general.
Living in Alaska there not to many music stores so I’m to report that this store is awesome. I was needing help for multiple instruments and the staff was helpful on all of them and gave me resources for teachers for the kids as well.
Music man is a local music store that really cares about their customers. Everytime I go in I have a great experience, and the staff is awesome. I even got the pleasure of the manager playing and talking about one of the guitars. I would definitely check them out.
