I love The Music Shop. They have made renting my children's instruments so easy! I enjoy going in and talking with all the staff who are so nice and informative. They make my kids feel cool. From the parent perspective, their rental person Dorothy has been so helpful to me over email.
I have been renting my daughter’s violin and cello from the Music Shop for 3 years now. The staff are always super helpful, are very knowledgeable and passionate about music. They were efficient with our order even though I ordered them days before school started.
Easy to find. The customer service is pretty good without a long wait to be served. I rented instruments from here but it also looks like they may give lessons. There are lots of instruments on display to see, tough feel.
We’ve been renting instruments at The Music Shop since 2021 when my oldest started Viola lessons. They were recommended by the kids’ school. We started renting Cello for my youngest last year too. The Music Shop has been our go to place. Their customer service is amazing.
