From the reviews
This is a broad spectrum instrument store that seems to have only really good stuff. The salesperson was James. Very young and patient as he explained the ins and outs of several instruments I am interested in.
I had a few musical instruments that I acquired and I didn't know if they were worth anything. I was completely clueless, I called The Music Stop and the lady over the phone was super nice and told me to come in and they would look at the stuff and offer to buy anything if it was worth it them.
Great staff very helpful. Its been awhile since i have been there. But when i came in they remembered me and greeted me with a smile and made me feel special. Excellent Staff. Easy to work with. They really work to get your business. Dont purchase anything until you visit them.
Great experience. We were there yesterday to purchase a new string for my young son's acoustic guitar. The employees, Allen & James were great. They patiently taught my son how to replace it himself. Thanks
Lessons at The Music Stop
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at The Music Stop. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
