What's on the wall
What players say again and again
“These guys have a good looking store, good prices and friendly humans behind the counter.”
From the reviews
I have bought alot of items from here lately you can expect the same used prices or new prices you find on the web or less,cory-the guy running it will work with ya,but don't be thinking your gonna tire kick him,he has to make some money too,as to pawning stuff expect 1/3 to 1/4 on what your used item would sell for…
This is a great pawn shop. I bought a very nice guitar amplifier for a very reasonable price. I've stopped in for other odds and ends, and to check out the music gear and have had nothing but great experience while visiting.
Came in to sell some silver, the interaction was really smooth and gave me a fair price for it!
Every time I stop in here, I spend like a hundred bucks on retro games 'cause they've got a lotta them. So if you're looking for some neat older games, this is a good place to check
Selling or trading gear at The Pawnshop
The Pawnshop comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
