The Piano Guys Piano Store

For many, many years, as a pastor I have wanted to play the piano and or organ. And now, at the young, old age of 79, I have found a blessing with Yamaha and specifically “The Piano Guys.” Wow! What a group of helpful people! After looking at many of their videos, which were incredibly well done.

I purchased online from the piano guys. I had built my shopping cart, but decided to sleep on it overnight (it’s a big purchase). I received an email over night from Raph offering to help me complete my purchase, not pushy - helpful.

The Piano Guy Store was AWESOME!!!! I called the store and a very knowledgeable gentleman, by the name of Raph, took the time to answer all my questions and even explained things to me that I didn’t understand. He helped me with what I was interested in and EVEN had it delivered when I was wanting it delivered.

I purchased a Yamaha CVP 909 PE, April 2026, from The Piano Guys store Houston without a store visit. My initial contact was with Raph, who capably answered many questions. I had a few remaining technical questions that long time Yamaha associate, demo developer and artist, Craig was able to answer.
