Great music store with a great selection of instruments. Darrell and Tanner are extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled with string instrument setups, upgrades, and repairs. I've had Darrell work on many of my guitars, all of which came back playing and sounding better than ever.
I love the Sound Shoppe! Darrell has done excellent repair and custom work on my guitars for many years. His setup work always exceeds my expectations, especially on acoustic guitars.
I purchased a brand new acoustic guitar in March 2024. Darryl did amazing work on it. He did a re-string with high quality strings and did wonders for the instrument so that it would play easily and beautifully. Unfortunately, the guitar had some manufacture defects which caused the body to crack.
Daryl and family are awesome. He does an amazing job setting up and restringing all of our instruments. He even showed our three boys how to restring their guitars. Daryl is VERY knowledgeable about everything to do with instruments and music equipment. We love supporting this family owned business.
