It’s not every day a professional luthier selects the perfect piece from his hand-crafted collection to represent your love story and musical history. Chris Hobson made us feel so special in his shop. My husband and I are both professional musicians and highly recommend Chris.
First, the shop in itself is the only of its kind from what’s inside to its amazing historical location in St. George. And my story next: I teach in the district here and had a mishap at a concert where a violin was completely smashed beyond repair.
We love The Violin Gallery! All of our experiences here have been fantastic. Emmett is super helpful and knowledgeable. Chris is an impressive luthier and his enthusiasm for music and his craft is on full display! The historic building is beautiful and adds tons of charm to a wide array of violins, violas, and cellos.
