I've been dealing with Tim for years --- for big and small problems. He is quite knowledgeable, and his work has always been top notch. I like to consider him as more than a Grade A luthier, but also as a friend. Maybe because when I call him, he recognizes my voice and immediately calls me by name.
I recently brought my Gibson SST to Tim after dealing with a persistent buzzing issue, even after a previous fret job. Tim quickly identified that the bridge was beginning to lift, reglued it, and also dressed and crowned the frets. The guitar now plays flawlessly—better than ever.
Tim’s guitar workshop is a place for the serious guitarist who is looking for a place where they can find quality technical work that needs to be performed on his or her instruments. My experience’s with Tim’s workshop has been very satisfying. Exceeds expectations.
Awesome place for musicians and guitar lovers 🎸🔥. The shop had a real authentic workshop vibe with instruments, tools, and repairs happening everywhere, which honestly made the experience feel even cooler.
