Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fantastic selection. And Tommy always goes the extra mile! If for some reason they don't have something in stock, he makes sure that if it exists, he'll order it for me. I'll be a life-long, repeat customer for as long as I can continue to play!

I dropped by last week to pickup a Ludwig snare drum throw off and I can't say enough about how helpful the two guys there were. They offered two options of the same part. I chose the cheaper option. One of the guys even sprayed some lubricant on it to make is smoother. That's what I call excellent service.

This is hands-down the place to go if you need anything drum-related. These gentlemen spent more than an hour repairing or replacing my ten-year old's drum set. They patiently and with kindness spent time with my son explaining what they needed to do, and why. They did not try to upsell me.

Great drum shop with nice staff. The only place that sells Black Swan drums which is why I come. Fun to get to play one since I can't afford my own. Some day! I also like their Latin percussion selection. Have a small but selective number of box drums.
