One of the greatest guitar purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. For sure the best online guitar purchase. I was welcomed on the phone with a great guy that knew all about the guitar. I got service and all my questions answered immediately. I was texted many pictures of the guitar to answer all my questions.
It’s pleasure to do business with Tone Shop. In a world of subpar retailers and even worse customer service, Tone Shop sets a high bar that other vendors should emulate. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer and insure that he is satisfied with the transaction.

Tone Shop is one of the best guitar stores in DFW, if not the country. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Tone Shop stocks a wide variety of new and used instruments, as well as amps, pedals, etc.
