I've been coming to Tonetronix for a number of years now. Quite simply it's the only place I'll take my equipment to. The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The folks know what they're doing!
I recently shipped a Behringer S16 snake in for a warranty repair, and they did a PERFECT job. Just dropped off an X32 for a repair, and happened to ask about an issue I was having with my guitar. Nick repaired it on the spot in like 3 minutes. For free.
We have a Peavey amp that needed repair under warranty. Peavey's customer service directed us to Tone Tronix and we are very pleased with Nicks service, he is knowledgeable and quickly responds to emails.
