I bought a previously owned Taylor 914 from a very reputable dealer located in Colorado. The owner guaranteed the condition and the setup. Eh…it was in beautiful condition (so I thought) but it shipped (FEDEX) without any humidity packs. And the setup? Yikes! The strings were WAY too high.

I have a Guild 12-string that developed a hairline crack along a grain line of the top from the bridge to the back of the guitar and I was really worried my guitar might be a ‘goner’, beyond repair.
