WHAT a wonderful day at Total Entertainment in DB, FL. We came on a mission to get "THE" perfect birthday guitar for our soon-to-be 16 year old son. Dave, our very knowledgeable store associate helper, was patient and knew EVERYTHING about, well, everything!...
Have been in on several occasions now. Always greeted and taken care of in a friendly and professional manner, never pushy. Staff is very helpful. They have a great selection and very reasonably priced. Gives you that mom and pop type vibe instead of big corporate music store feel. I won’t go anywhere else.
I felt defeated today when I woke up I had spent two weeks building this guitar for my oldest boy, sanding prepping painting doing everything I could to make it perfect once it was all together. The Neck pick up did not work. I was defeated. I woke up day after day defeated I could not ship this thing out.
I came in seeking help with my new cello that I did not purchase from this store. I’m a brand new beginner to cello and needed assistance tuning it. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was very kind and even took his time to explain to me what he was doing so I could do it at home myself.
