Good store. They have a little of everything. Some of the staff is the classic “do you even play bro?” type of people. I did get an eye roll when I wanted to try a guitar in an amp that had distortion. But the tech guy ended up helping me out and was super cool.
Really cool store with a wide selection of instruments, especially guitars, amps, and pedals. They've got some books of music and microphones and other equipment as well. Nice vibe, friendly service and prices. They were also very fair to me when I sold a guitar amp in good condition.
The staff at Trade Up were so patient with me, and very helpful! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They found exactly what I was looking for! Nice selection for the size of store. I got a nice Fender amp for a solid price.
We have come here for used kids guitar gear and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly, informed, and helpful (and not TOO helpful either). The prices are reasonable for used kids sized gear. I currently have an acoustic electric with the luthier that I’m excited to have back good as new.
