I have my one harp from Triplett harps and have been amazed by their love for their craft and their care for my instrument. I have gone in several times to pick up new strings and have been treated so incredibly well.
Just bought a Triplett 30 wire strung harp built in 1999. I’ve called numerous times for help with strings/eyelets and wire harp questions. The harp is in great shape after 20+ years and their service has been consistently friendly. Highly recommend!
Their harps are of incredible quality, and their service is fast and friendly when ordering replacement strings!
This is by far one of the best instrument builders an wood working shops on the west coast. I took my woodshop class here on a field trip.
