The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My son has been renting a cello from Upper String Shop for a few years now and the instruments provided are very high quality and well maintained.
We've had a great experience renting multiple instrument here (violins and cello) over many years. The prices are very reasonable, and Joe was helpful and honest when it comes to finding the right option to meet our needs. We live an hour and half away, but willing to drive for the great experience and advice!
