From the reviews
Staff was easy to deal with, many products to choose from, staff was knowledgeable as well
Toni at USA Pawn is absolutely top notch! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Gotta be honest. Went in wanting to sell my item. Had done the research knowing what it was worth and what a fair price would be from the pawn shop. They were dead on and we made a deal. Fred helped me and was excellent to deal with.
When I shop at usa pawn , the salesperson at the Pearl location, tito is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! He lets me know when something of my interest is in store whether it’s tools or electronics. I highly recommend pearl location, it’s the only store I shop at 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Selling or trading gear at USA Pawn Shop Pearl
USA Pawn Shop Pearl comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
