I recently visited the Mandy Kasia Pawn Shop and had a fantastic experience. The store manager, Mandy, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the store's policies and helped me understand the value of my items. Kasia, the junior store manager, was equally impressive.

Great experience every time I come in. Mandy and kasia were the ones who assisted me they was professional, knowledgeable, and very fair with pricing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
