Helped to restore an old violin that is a family heirloom - Repaired a seam, replaced bridge, reset sound-post, replaced nut, replaced strings, re-haired bow, several pegs trimmed/compounded, cleaned and polished, and a few extras for a spectacular finish and ready to play. The customer service was top notch.
