Tommy is awesome! ...now let me elaborate on AWESOME: I brought my SG in to Tommy as I wanted to play the guitar once again. The guitar was in serious disrepair for decades and it was time to get to play it again. Tommy took the time to go through the guitar from top to bottom...and the guitar needs A LOT!
Remember how you felt about your first guitar? Or the first song or record that opened up the world for you? That you just couldn't stop listening to over and over again? That's how Tommy feels about guitars. He loves them. Really loves them.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Tommy at Vermont Guitarworks Hospital!! My Yamaha Revstar had a crack in the back of its neck and after a short visit to the Vermont Guitarworks Hospital it looks like a brand new guitar!! It even came back with better action than when I dropped it off!
Last November my son and I brought my Martin D-35 to the Vermont Guitarworks Hospital in Jeffersonville, VT to Luthier Tommy Graves. My son had a Vermont made electric guitar that Tommy had restored a couple years before and he was so impressed with Tommy’s work that he recommended him to me.
