Jason is an amazing and knowledgeable person! At first I came to him to fix an old family acoustic guitar. It was in really bad shape, but he still took it in and did extensive research to tell me what work needed to be done. It turned out the cost to fix it was way more than the cost of a new, similar guitar.
Working with Jason was an excellent experience and I could not recommend him more. I initially contacted Jason just to do a setup on my bass and guitar but when I found out what he was capable of skills wise it led me to replace the trim system on my guitar as well.
I had my Taylor acoustic guitar setup by Jason. It came back playing better than it did on day one and he did it for much less than Guitar Center (Around $60-$70 less). He is a nice guy, he did a quick turnaround (12 hours), and I paid him with Venmo. Very easy and streamlined.
Contacted Jason about having my Squire Affinity HSS set up and rough fret ends smoothed and polished!! Also to seek his opinion on upgrading the pickups/electronics!! Glad I did, as the guitar is playing and sounding like a higher end guitar at twice the cost of the Squire, including the fair price charged by Jason!!
