From the reviews
The nice gentleman here set up my mandolin in 1 day, including a whole new bridge slot, re-string and setup all for a pretty good price, and he even had a single string on hand I needed for my 8 string ukulele. He really went above and beyond with what I expected.
Had my new acoustic set up at Wasatch Musician and it turned out great. Lee was very helpful throughout the process. I’ve since met Kevin, the luthier, and you can tell right away he really knows guitars. There’s a level of care and precision in the work that stands out.
Great job with rehabbing my fretless J bass! It has sat in my closets for years and brought from Hawaii in 2012. In needed major works. It plays like a dream now. Also picked up this rad U bass while I was at it!
I am so delighted to have found this place. The gentleman that helped me with my long list of questions was so patient and really helpful. I forgot to ask his name, but he was great!
Lessons at Wasatch Musician
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Wasatch Musician. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments on hand for exactly this reason.
