I bought a guitar with built in pickups a bit ago. Great guitar, but unfortunately the electronics had some issues just out of warranty. In my attempt to go back to the maker, they had nothing good to offer such as , we don’t service our own products or do repairs. Seriously? Welch’s made lemonade out of lemons.
Had a great experience buying our son a guitar. Staff was able to answer my and my husband’s questions (he plays music, I don’t) and we got a great deal! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an instrument or supplies!
The employees here are some of the best! Just had some work done on my Taylor Guitar. Brayden’s work is excellent! I’m blown away by their quick turnaround and thankful to have such an incredible music shop in town!
We originally bought a keyboard piano that we found didn’t fit our family needs. Mark was very helpful and flexible in getting us a piano our family really needed. When shipping delays due to COVID posponed the new piano Mark again worked with us to find a piano available to ship.
