From the reviews
I live in Kuna, Idaho and am the original owner of a Luxman RX-103 Receiver and a Luxman GX-101 Equalizer that I purchased 41 years ago. I listen a lot to LP Records. About 6 months ago when turned it on, I received a large feedback shorting sound and lost almost all of my inputs.
Picked up a very nice Pioneer SA 780, factory specs @ 65 watts per channel Benched at 80 watts!! Thanks!! If you're looking for good used vintage stereo equipment this is the place!!
I can't tell you how great it is to have a locally owned record store to crate dig at. Morrison and the entire staff are always so friendly and willing to help with some great finds. Also, I purchased a turntable from Morrison and it was VERY well priced and in excellent condition.
I have been coming to welcome back records for a couple years now. And let me tell you the music selection is great, and they have an outstanding selection of HiFi equipment. But what really sets them apart is the people. From Morrison to the rest of the crew working to make the space welcoming, fun, and educational.
Selling or trading gear at WELCOME BACK RECORDS
WELCOME BACK RECORDS comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
