I've been taking my guitars to Mark for several years now. With my first experience, he went above and beyond helping to get Taylor approve warranty work. Since then, I've taken electric and acoustic guitars for work ranging from setup to fret leveling. Mark has a high attention to detail and quality work.
Mark is incredible. I've been taking my guitars to him for years now and only get the best results. He's helped me out in emergencies and gotten repairs done in 2 days so I could gig. He makes your guitar feel exactly how you want it and makes you feel valued. On top of that, he's awesome to talk to.
