Great service! I just brought in 2 guitars 1 election and 1 acoustic. I kept having fret buzz and playing barre chords required so much extra force I thought I would damage my guitar. They did the set up and it is a complete night and day difference. F major chord no problem barely any pressure even on my acoustic.
Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and professional staff. I took in a weird guitar that had all kinds of issues. They went the extra mile to address all my issues, and their labor billing was more than fair. The guitar is set up perfectly, and a joy to play.
