I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Mr. Whipkey and Ms. Allison who recently went beyond the call of duty to resolve an issue that we were faced with suddenly.
Very knowledgeable about instruments. High-end seller. Not for your run of the mill internet shopper kid. But, they do supply fine instruments for rent at reasonable prices. Also, an extremely experienced concert flautest gives lessons for all ages at this store.
I went into to see the folks at Whipkey's after calling the day before about a problem with the foot-joint on my Powell Conservatory Model flute. As always, it was a pleasant experience and Mr. Whipkey had things working well in just a few minutes.
A store for flutes/musicians! Knowledgeable, experienced, and committed staff. We didn’t call ahead but they were still totally accommodating - but please do call ahead because they will give you premium service 🙂 it’s to the benefit of you both.
