From the reviews
I brought in my 1880s parlor guitar, an antique with deep personal meaning, for evaluation and setup. Bill is very knowledgeable, and he treated the instrument with care and respect and advised me on my options.
I am giving Bill 5 stars because he gives 5-star service. I brought my Fender Telecaster to a shop in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for a slight action adjustment. The guitar came back unplayable with so much buzz that I could not believe the shop I used let it out of the door in such poor condition.
I had a 2012 Martin 00-45 that I was ready to sell. Unfortunately, the guitar was not ready; it had some binding issues, needed some frets replaced and a neck reset was required. Fortunately, I met Bill Whitsett of WGW. The work that Bill did made that guitar better than it was when I bought it NEW in 2012.
I’m a full time working musician. I always have guitars that need work and attention. I wouldn’t put my trust in anyone else. Bill is a master at what he does and his attention to detail is exactly what I want when handing over my guitars. He will always have my business.
