I came in and was greeted promptly by Alex. I needed some assistance picking out what exactly I needed and he did a great job walking me through my options. He made the decision and the entire experience easy which is what I needed!
My husband and I have been working with Robert with a layaway. He made sure everything was explained clearly and was incredibly kind and professional. Today we made the final transaction and I don’t know who was more excited, me or him. 😆. Thank you Robert!!! And congratulations on your locks of love donation!
I been coming to Wild Bill’s for 3 years now. I have purchased many guns from them over the years. Great experience, professional staff, clean shop and excellent customer service. Everything purchased there was in excellent condition and at a great price. Thank you! I will return.
I got a really good deal on some strings and two guitars. The cashier really helped me out knowing I was spending a lot of money so he made sure to get me out the door satisfied. Alex / AH@WB3 you are awesome and deserve a raise thank you
Selling or trading gear at Wild Bill's Pawn #4
Wild Bill's Pawn #4 comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
