I just went in there to see what they thought of my Eastwood Airline 3 pu dlxe. I met with Jeff and Will and I had a good conversation with Will . I found it to be a very good experience. I would shop here regardless of others experiences. I based this rating at face value. Nice guitar store setup.
Had a great experience at Will West! They let me in the door before the store had even opened and got my guitar restrung, tuned and polished all in a very timely manner! Looks and sounds great now! Will definitely be returning for future guitar needs!
Stopped in yesterday for the first time with my pre-teen interested in checking out electric guitars. I didn't expect much from the staff since it was 30 minutes before closing... but the owner greeted us when we walked in (looking lost) & I could not have been more impressed!
