Made an online purchased last week Nov 2021 : Purchased a Fender Ultra Luxe Telecaster . Beautiful Guitar . The Service was really personable . I dealt with Denise . Who was very friendly and professional . The Guitar I wanted needed to come from one of their other locations . So there was a Weekend delay .
The staff here are extremely kind and seem very honest and upfront about things as well as knowledgeable on a lot of topics for my bass from there a few days ago and I ukulele a few years back.
So I have bought guitars here over the years and it’s truly the only place I will go. Joe, Anthony, Carl are always outstanding up here. Joe has been my go to guy for years but they’re all nice guys and will always help when you have a question about an instrument.
