We cannot say enough good things about Lexington Willis Music! The staff here are always so friendly, professional and genuinely want to make you happy. I recently had an issue with a piece of my equipment. The store manager Chase went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to correct the problem.
Walked in asked if they did repairs/set up on guitars. Told the guy I was freaking out I had rehearsal and and gig next week and was having issues. He immediately told me to follow him. Explained what could be wrong and spent the next 15 minutes fine tuning my guitar and fixing my issues.
My sister and I have bought multiple guitars, amps, and miscellaneous supplies from this store in the last few years. We are both super impressed with the store manager as well as the entire staff at this Lexington location. They are all top notch! We primarily have had the privilege of working with Tanner.
I just have to say I am thoroughly satisfied and elated with the service I received and product I purchased at Willis Music a few days ago! Stephen did me great on a sweet '62 Reissue ES-335 guitar I had been eyeing for some time...
